IACCBE’s 20th ANNUAL WINTERFEST COLLEGIATE DAY! 

Plan to join us for this special day - introducing our college attendees to the world of County Conservation in Iowa. In addition to a full day of excellent educational sessions - you will benefit from a special seminar designed especially for you - including the popular resume review session where college students can bring in their personal resumes and get tips from current professional county conservation staff! Learn first-hand what we are looking to see on job applications, and how to put yourself at the front of the line!

By attending Winterfest, college students will be provided an opportunity to network among conservation professionals; be able to see what the County Conservation Board programs across the state have to offer for seasonal employment and full-time career opportunities; and attend interesting presentations on a variety of conservation/natural resource topics provided by experts in the field - ALL in one place at a discounted price!

Collegiate Day at Winterfest 2026 will be at the Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center, just south of Interstate 80. Please mark your calendars for Wednesday, January 28th to join fellow collegiates and County Conservation Staff for another AWESOME conference that will exceed your expectations!  We look forward to meeting you - the future of our industry! We invite you to submit your online registration(s) as soon as possible - but please, no later than January 16, 2026.  (REGISTRATION NOTE: We very much appreciate registrations that can be paid online, but also recognize that you may need to send either an institutional or personal check. Please register all students via this online system, and simply select "Pay by Mail" during the check-out process to exercise this option - Thanks!)
