Our 66th Annual ICCS Fall Conference is fast approaching. This year’s event is to be held September 15 - 17, 2026 at the Morgan Creek Lodge in Linn County / Cedar Rapids, IA. You can access the conference agenda HERE - Once you get there, you can access all the information you would ever want to know about our 2026 ICCS Fall Conference!

2026 FALL CONFERENCE SPONSOR & EXHIBITOR OPPORTUNITIES:

1. EXHIBITORS - We are happy to have vendors as part of this conference experience.  The best way to promote your products is to get them in the hands of those that use them! One Exhibitor Fee covers both days (Tuesday & Wednesday) of the conference.  Come for the entire conference (you are welcome to attend any sessions for free as long as they do not have a separate cost or size limitation), or just a portion of the conference if that is what works best for you.  Most of the attendees will be arriving at the conference center late afternoon on Tuesday in time for the Welcome Reception Dinner at 5:30 PM. (Morgan Creek Park Lodge) Wednesday AND Thursday are both "Tour Days" for the event when participants will be around for breakfast and the official Conference Welcome & ICCS Annual Business Meeting (Wednesday) - after which they will depart on the various tours - returning around 4:00 PM for social social time prior to a banquet dinner & speaker on Wednesday. (We encourage you to join us on the tours to continue your conversations with conference delegates)  NOTE: There is NO EXHIBITOR TIME on Thursday. The full Conference Schedule can be viewed HERE.

 2. RAFFLE PRIZES - We always welcome donations of gift cards or merchandise for our annual raffle. You do not have to be a SPONSOR or EXHIBITOR in order to donate an item for the raffle.  If you can't come this year, but still want to get your name or merchandise out there, this is one way to still be involved!

• When the option to choose "County" appears, select "Other" and then enter the name of your business Thanks! 
• The Mailing Address may be that of your centralized or "Home" Office
• When filling out the registration Information - provide the name and contact information of the person from your organization /business that will be present at the Conference.
• List the Phone Number & Email Address where this person can be reached.
